Your Responsibilities:
- Meet Customers: Visit homes to provide expert HVAC solutions and guide clients through the process from quote to installation
- Create Solutions: Build personalized quotes and follow up to ensure projects progress smoothly
- Ensure Satisfaction: Be the key point of contact, resolving concerns and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest HVAC technologies and trends to offer customers the best solutions
- Be a Consultant: Answer customer questions and provide key information about their HVAC systems
