What You’ll Be Doing:
Use your expertise to troubleshoot and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
Conduct thorough system inspections to ensure peak performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
Be the face of Arco to our clients—explain solutions, build relationships, and leave every customer impressed with your professionalism and skill.
Address customer concerns, quickly resolve HVAC issues, and provide accurate service estimates.
What You Bring to the Table:
3 Years of HVAC Experience (Preferred—but we’ll still talk to you if you’ve got the right attitude!)
EPA Certification Required; any additional certifications (NATE, etc.) are a huge plus!
Strong Work Ethic & Physical Dexterity
Always Willing to Learn: You thrive in an ever-evolving field and are excited to keep up with the latest trends.
ServiceTitan Experience (a bonus, but not a dealbreaker!).
A valid driver’s license and the ability to reliably commute or relocate to Cleveland, OH.
