What You Will Do: 

• Lead by example in diagnosing and repairing complex electrical issues in residential settings. 

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems and components. 

• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes, including oversight of team adherence. 

• Troubleshoot and provide effective solutions for a variety of electrical challenges, serving as the go-to expert. 

• Actively collaborate with the management team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 

What You Will Bring:  

• At least 5 years of experience as a Residential Electrician with a strong background in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical issues. 

• Proven ability to lead by example in both technical skills and customer service. 

• A desire to take on a leadership role and mentor others. 

• Experience with residential wiring, circuits, and systems. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members. 

• Confidence in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. 

• Ability to navigate and enforce safety and compliance regulations. 

• High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
