We are building a team of top-notch marketers to work in select retail locations to set appointments for the best sales team in the region. If you’re motivated, goal-oriented, and excited about helping customers improve their home comfort, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You Will Do:
As a Lead Generator, your primary role will be to:
- Set appointments for free estimates for replacing heating and A/C systems.
- Set appointments for discounted seasonal tune-up maintenance (think of it as an "oil change" for your A/C system).
- Help customers understand the importance of regular maintenance and energy-efficient solutions.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner and schedule consultations at their convenience.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A result-driven, goal-oriented individual with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or brand ambassador roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills—you love engaging with customers and have the ability to explain products clearly.
- Motivated and passionate about home comfort solutions (heating, air conditioning, and maintenance).
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between locations.
What You Bring:
- Previous sales, lead generation, or marketing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a team player mentality.
- Honesty, integrity, and a great attitude—someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service.

Compensation:
- $18 to $25/hour with base pay, commission, and bonuses!
- Flexible and consistent work schedules—20 hours per week with weekends preferred (Friday-Sunday or all-day Saturday and Sunday).
