What You’ll Be Doing:
Plumbing Excavations: Safely and efficiently operate mini excavators, backhoes, and other heavy machinery to perform residential and commercial sewer and water line excavations.
Trenchless Technology (Preferred): Assist with trenchless pipe repair and replacement techniques for minimal disruption to the property.
Excavating Around Utilities: Dig around buried utilities, traffic areas, and tight spaces with precision, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
Sewer and Water Line Repairs: Perform excavations for plumbing system repairs, including deep trenches (7 feet or more) with proper shoring and safety equipment.
Job Site Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring adherence to all safety and environmental protocols.
Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional manner, providing excellent service while on-site.
What We’re Looking For:
Plumbing Experience Preferred: 5 years of experience in plumbing, excavation, or construction. Specific experience in sewer and water line repairs is a plus.
Heavy Equipment Proficiency: Expertise in operating mini excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and other heavy machinery.
Safety-Oriented: Strong knowledge of safety protocols and environmental requirements.
Strong Work Ethic: A dependable team player with a commitment to quality work and efficiency.
Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required (CDL preferred).
Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in outdoor conditions.
Bonus Points:
Experience with trenchless technology or sewer repairs.
Knowledge of plumbing systems, including residential sewer and water lines.
Ability to interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Experience pulling trailers or transporting equipment.
