Who You Are:
You bring 6 years of plumbing management experience in the skilled trades or a similar industry.
You have residential plumbing experience and a track record of leading successful teams.
You possess strong business acumen and a passion for driving sales and service excellence.
You have excellent communication skills, and your positive attitude is contagious, motivating those around you.
You’re a forward thinker who embraces growth and innovation and can lead your team through change with ease.
You’re committed to fostering a culture of accountability, both for yourself and your team.
A valid driver’s license is a must, and you’re comfortable with basic computer systems and software.
