Primary Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Develop Maintenance Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule and Procedures : Create and implement maintenance protocols to ensure all equipment and systems are properly maintained
- Project Management: Planning, coordinating, and supervising engineers and projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Resource Allocation: Managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Problem Solving : Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during projects or maintenance activities.
- Build and Maintain Effective and Productive Relationships with Union Leadership and Employees
- Manage Maintenance Supervisors : Leading and managing a team providing coaching, feedback and training, guidance, and performance evaluations
- Managing Budgets : Estimating costs and preparing budgets for maintenance and repair activities
- Scheduling Maintenance Tasks : Planning and overseeing maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ensuring Compliance : Making sure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and building codes
- Maintaining Inventory : Ordering and managing an inventory of maintenance and project supplies and equipment

You have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Facility Management, Engineering, or another technical related field
- A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Exceptional Candidates possess:
- Experience Leading or Supervising in Mechanical Industrial Maintenance
- Experience and knowledge of Oracle EAM work order system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership attributes
