Job Overview
Arcos Cucina Bar, a new local, family-owned restaurant in Hopkinton, MA, seeks enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Servers & Bartenders to join our core team. We're building a warm, inviting atmosphere with exceptional food, drinks, and service.
Seeking seasoned hospitality professionals (2 years recent experience REQUIRED) for a stable, year-round opportunity. Must excel in fast-paced environments, possess strong food and beverage knowledge, and be dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities: Provide excellent service, know our menu, take orders, serve food/drinks, prepare beverages, handle payments, resolve issues, and work collaboratively.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years recent server/bartender experience, strong customer service and communication skills, POS proficiency, ability to multitask, reliability, flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays), legal age to serve alcohol. Strictly full-time, year-round only. Seasonal summer applicants will not be considered.
