Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Job duties:
- Supports sales representatives in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes
- Tracks transactions and prepares reports regarding information such as order status, sales results, leads, and sales quotas
- Maintain Customer relations
- Ensure inquiries are handled properly and timely
- Contribute to system updates as needed
- Identify customer opportunities
- Assist customers with Tabulated Data
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of Sales experience
- Ability to communicate customer requirements
- Data entry skills
- Customer focused
- Professionalism
- Capable of reading and understanding shop drawings
- Ability to perform all essential functions safely and efficiently
- Ability to follow directions and maintain a professional work environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
