We are currently seeking an Articulated Haul Truck Operator (no CDL Required) for our Smithville, Texas plant on day shift.

- The ability to operate one piece of mobile equipment (haul truck, farm tractor, water truck, rubber tire backhoe, front loader, etc.
- Operate equipment in quarry or production
- Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance
- Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned
- Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
- Positive, Team-based attitude
- The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
- The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No experience required, on the job training
- Bilingual preferred.
