About the Role
The Bi-Lingual Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across the organization. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement compliance strategies, conducting audits and inspections, and maintaining accurate records of compliance data.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance strategies, including risk assessments, hazard identification, and control measures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver compliance-related training programs, including new hire orientation and competency-based training.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance incidents, near misses, and compliance data.
- Assist in updating and revising organizational policies and procedures to reflect changing regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of transparency and open communication to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in compliance management, auditing, and enforcement.
- Fluency in Spanish required; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
