We are currently seeking a Equipment Operator for our Lafayette Township, NJ plant on Day/night shift.

- Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
- Operate a CAT 988 or John Deer 350 excavator, and/or equipment of equivalent magnitude
- Perform daily maintenance on the machines
- Load the plants and trucks
- Maintain safe stock piles and keep the unpaved roads safe for passage by vehicle traffic
- Interacting with customers
- When the plant is not running, assist the plant operator with any required maintenance.
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned
- Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
- Positive, team-based attitude
- The ability to stand, stoop, ben, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
- The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
