We are looking for a strategic thinker with a robust background in renewable energy, particularly in solar, to lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar tracking systems effectively at customer sites.
- Coordinate with internal project stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure installations meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and proactively communicate with clients to identify and rectify any issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team, particularly for the Golden Tracker systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that arise during installation, commissioning, or operation stages.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are handled and maintained correctly to guarantee efficiency and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including installation updates, checklists, training certificates, meeting minutes, and troubleshooting logs.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and effectively communicate progress to all project stakeholders.
