Job Summary : This pivotal role is essential for the effective management of our warehouse operations. The Senior Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee the daily processes of receiving, storing, and dispatching solar tracker components and materials, while ensuring high inventory accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all warehouse functions, encompassing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Design and implement streamlined warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure precise inventory records and conduct regular physical counts.
- Manage inventory control systems to mitigate risks of overstocking, understocking, and stockouts.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety to maintain a secure work environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies.
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Conduct performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless goods flow.
- Liaise with suppliers to coordinate timely deliveries and returns.
