Job Description:
This position has overall customer service, scheduling and time management responsibilities for departmental operations and performance, including: Scheduling, Pricing, Profitability and Cost Control Measures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fill schedule with work most beneficial by tech
- Profit route
- Answer Voicemail Email
- Follow up emails for HVAC
- Scheduling HVAC/Plumbing Parts / Service Calls
- Pull and Schedule warranty Emails
- Pull down calls
- Paging calls
- Answer service tech calls
- Answering incoming calls – 3rd
- Purchase JB Warranty (HVAC)
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with product and services
- Letting customer or clients know about additional products or services
- Cold calls and Follow up on options techs provide to customers
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s question
- Quickly Handle and communicate Escalating queries and concerns
- Troubleshoot common issues with products and service
- Work with other CSR Team members

Language Skills:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of job specific software; spreadsheet software and word processing software.
