Arctic Chiropractic Juneau is a multiple provider medical clinic that performs Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and Medical Massage Therapy appointments. We work with commercial insurances, private pay, Medicare, Medicaid, workers compensation, and motor vehicle accident insurance. We are looking for a detail oriented, self motivated individual to join our team of Patient Services Representatives and Chiropractic Assistants to help our medical practice continue to grow.

The primary focus in the job role is working at the Front Desk helping patients check-in, check-out, take payments, schedule appointments, and discuss insurances, and assist in Patient Care doing Chiropractic Therapies, cleaning exam rooms, assisting with laundry, and working closely with our Chiropractic doctors.
The job requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Checking in/out Patients
- Scheduling Appointments in person and over the phone
- Taking Payments
- Discussing Insurance Coverage
- Verifying Insurances
- Doing Chiropractic Therapies for Patients
- Cleaning Exam Rooms and Clinic
- Assisting Clinic Laundry
This job position requires independent work with minimal supervision at times and close coordinated work with the Chiropractic doctors and co-workers at other times. Previous medical experience is preferred, but not required. It would also require on the job training and attention to details consistently throughout employment.

We are looking for a person to work the following shifts:
- Closing shift 3 days a week 9:00am - 7:00pm
- Saturday shift 6:30am - 6:00pm
Our staff currently work 4 days a week, but we try to accommodate special requests and allow unpaid time off when possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
