- Pursue sales opportunities for our products, focusing on their value as long-term capital assets. Small sales start at $25,000-$30,000, with substantial potential for larger, city, state, and county contracts.
- Build strong relationships within the municipal fire sector, becoming a trusted advisor by understanding and addressing specific customer concerns.
- Use our CRM tools to track your sales activities and collaborate with our internal teams. This system enhances communication and helps you close deals more efficiently with the backing of our entire organization.
- Strategically attend industry events and networking meetings to promote Arctic Compressor, maximize customer interactions, and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and leverage areas where competitors may not fully meet customer needs, positioning our solutions more effectively.
- Navigate our multi-stage sales process, recognizing that many customers are making their first compressor purchase.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven success in technical sales, particularly with high-value, long-cycle equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial; experience in firefighting or fire equipment sales is a plus, but not required.
- Experience selling to state, local, and government agencies is highly valued.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern office software.
