Field Service HVAC Tech (Merchandise Repair Technician)
Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for repairing and maintaining Arctic Glacier's ice box merchandisers at customer locations.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Responsible for performing semi-annual preventative maintenance on all ice merchandisers.
- Services calls and repairs on in-store merchandisers.
- Refurbishes all merchandisers coming in from the field.
- Repairs and maintains special event trailers.
- Creates positive customer relationships with clients.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
