Schedule: 5 days per week with rotating weekends.

Position: We are looking for a full time Service Advisor/Dispatcher at our Fairbanks location. Primary responsibilities are as follows:

· Answering phones and troubleshooting technical issues with customers using provided training on hot tubs, spas and water treatment equipment

· Scheduling service appointments for customers that maintains efficiency for service techs

· Multitasking- Using Evosus/Multitouch Pro software to create estimates quickly and efficiently while on the phone with customers

· Handling customer invoices and payments

· Resolving customer issues and complaints with tact and great communication skills

Requirements:

· Ability to pass a background check

· High School Diploma or GED

· Great Customer Service Skills

· Ability and willingness to learn

· Organized and Detail-Oriented

· Timely and Reliable

Desired Skills:

· Technical / Mechanical Problem Solving

· Effective Communication Skills

· Knowledge of the local area

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· General computer and typing skills

· Typing minimum 40 WPM
