At Arctic Snow and Ice, we are seeking a dedicated Lead Financial Operations Specialist to oversee our financial processes and offer insightful financial advice to our executive team. This role includes the preparation and meticulous analysis of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and managing intricate accounts payable and receivable workflows.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Utilizing ERP accounting modules, with a preference for Epicor, to maintain efficient financial operations.
- Collaborating with subsidiaries to ensure integrated financial oversight.
- Developing and reviewing financial statements while crafting budgets and forecasts.
- Administering accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and inventory management.
- Implementing robust financial systems and standardizing procedures.
- Ensuring adherence to GAAP as well as local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Partnering with management and operational teams for strategic financial planning.
- Providing financial performance insight with actionable recommendations for leadership.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in Accounting or a related discipline; advanced experience in manufacturing finance advantageous.
- 5-10 years of solid experience in finance, ideally within the manufacturing arena.
- Adeptness in GAAP principles and financial reporting methodologies.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and expense management.
- Excellent communicative and collaborative abilities.
- Experience with advanced accounting and ERP platforms.
- CPA credentials highly desirable.
