You'll be at the helm of transporting critical raw materials, vital finished products, and essential equipment between bustling manufacturing hubs, organized warehouses, and strategic distribution centers. Mastering the art of operating semis, flatbeds, and loboys will become second nature as you adhere to and champion compliance with both state and federal regulations. Your key role includes the vital delivery of our machinery from our central hub to local accounts and destinations across the vast expanse of our nation. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently move raw materials, products, and equipment between diverse facilities.
• Expertly operate and handle vehicles like tractor-trailers, box trucks, and flatbeds.
• Adhere to laws and regulations with unwavering precision.
• Conduct detailed pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safety.
• Keep thorough and accurate logs with stringent timeliness.
• Execute flawless delivery communications and planning with dispatchers.
• Commit to safety protocols every mile of the way.
• Prompt reporting of accidents, incidents, or regulatory infractions.
• Ensure vehicles are pristine and monitor fluid levels regularly.

This role requires overnight trips in the summer, with guaranteed home weekends complemented by local deliveries during fall and spring.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory CDL qualification.
• Exemplary driving record, free of major infractions.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communication prowess both within teams and with dispatch.
• Speed adaptability is a must in this dynamic environment.
• Previous experience with flatbeds or box trucks is advantageous.
• An understanding of manufacturing environments (a plus).
• Safety standards expertise is non-negotiable.
