Location : Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA (Hybrid role, 3 days a week in office)
About the Role
The Senior Business Systems Manager is an IT professional that works with internal and external stakeholders to understand, document, facilitate, and configure business systems and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand, document, facilitate, and configure Business systems and process improvements
- Serve as the business systems point of contact for assigned business stakeholders and Business Operations team.
- Provide industry best practice recommendations for business systems related process and configuration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to effectively elicit and document requirements while determining business value, project scope, and success metrics
- Lead efforts to identify process improvement opportunities, create process flows, and match technology solutions with process
- Manage a working list of projects and concurrently work the projects from concept to completion.
- Manage and maintain project plans to execute the pipeline of projects in the most efficient manner possible.
