Overview:
Arctiq is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Project Consultant-Microsoft. If you're an ambitious, sharp-minded professional eager to advance your career in a challenging role, this opportunity might be the perfect fit for you! The Senior Project Consultant will be responsible for the successful delivery of complete technology-enabled projects and services to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. Most client engagements are remote but occasionally may be asked to travel onsite to client locations, especially at the beginning of a project.
Role Responsibilities:
- Implements the pre-approved Statements of Work (“SOWs”) and delivers the project on time and within scope.
- Follows approved Arctiq and project management methodology, ensuring that required steps are followed, deliverables are produced, and approvals are obtained from the appropriate parties.
- Maintains responsibility for project/program issue resolution, escalating to the Project Manager when necessary.
- Participates in project/customer kickoff meetings, status reports, and
- Reports weekly on project progress and accomplishments to the Project Manager
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during implementation to ensure on-time results within scope.
- Notifies the Manager and Project Manager when project requirements are moving beyond scope.
- Assesses the impact of additional customer requests and reports the request to the Manager, and Project Manager who may need to reevaluate the SOW (Scope of Work).
- Verifies alignment to Arctiq quality standards and projects.
- Responsible for entering all work as activities or service tickets and submitting weekly time sheets and expense reports in the project management software.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience in Managing Exchange Online Servers (All Exchange versions)
- Experience with on-premises AD Migrations, Messaging Migrations, Data Migrations from Google Workspace, Exchange Online, and other messaging services.
- Microsoft Entra ID Cloud computing experience
- Experience in Microsoft Microsoft Entra ID AD, On-prem Active Directory, AD Assessment, AD Health, and Troubleshooting.
- Security and Compliance experience with all Microsoft Defender Products
- Proven experience with troubleshooting Microsoft 365 Features – OneDrive, SharePoint/Migration Tools from BitTitan, Quest, and others.
How will you stand out?
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other similar related field and 6 years of industry experience in related Practice technologies
- 8 years of industry experience in related Practice technologies in place of a degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Virtual Desktop.
- Experience with MS Teams Voice
- Knowledge of SQL Database migration to Microsoft Entra ID is a plus (Microsoft Entra ID Migrate, DMS, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge, experience, and deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure) Services, Infrastructure design, and Architecture (Microsoft Entra ID Identity Design, Governance, Security, all flavors of Defender, Microsoft Entra ID Networking, Analytics Platform, SQL)
- Able to communicate efficiently and effectively with various levels of internal and external employees with effective and timely documentation skills.
- Able to work independently as well in a team environment.
Desired Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Passed any of the following exams: AZ-700, AZ-104, and AZ-305
