Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic quality.
- Fabricate parts or components as required for repairs or improvements.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and ensuring satisfaction with maintenance services.
- Supervise and lead small teams during larger repair projects or renovations.
- Operate welding equipment for metal repairs or fabrications as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
Skills
