The anticipated base annual salary range for this role is between $84,600.00 and $127,000.00 per year. This role is bonus eligible. The bonus incentive program is based on company meeting or exceeding targets. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate and is only applicable for roles that are based out of Illinois. The final salary will be determined after considering relevant factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and work location, where appropriate.

- Direct hourly employees to plan and manage maintenance programs and business metrics
- Plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet daily goals
- Ensure effective employee relations through coaching and development; resolves employee relations matters, including complaints and grievances
- Read and analyze charts, work orders, maintenance and productions schedules in order to meet customer requirements
- Ensure safe operation of all equipment; trains employees as necessary and promptly investigations and reports safety concerns
- Lead ISO 14001 program
- Prepare periodic EHS documents for government agencies
- Inspect materials, product and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions and determine best corrective action
- Lead EHS audits
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing facility
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility preferred
- Knowledge of electronics, automation, mechanics, hydraulics and TPM systems. Experience with Allen Bradley or related PLCs/Controls preferred
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean or other improvement philosophies desireable
- SAP experience preferred
