Role Description
The Project Lead the Way (PLTW) internship program is a unique initiative to equip our future engineers and leaders within the company with the experiences and skills to make them successful within Ardagh Glass Packaging. It is designed to provide valuable experience for hands-on individuals who are seeking a career in engineering and/or sustainability. The objective of the internship program is to translate PLTW theoretical knowledge into broad manufacturing experience and provide a sound understanding of sustainability within a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
The program will consist of project assignments that will lay a strong foundation for future careers in manufacturing, helping members become an expert in sustainability within the manufacturing operations.

The program will consist of project assignments that will lay a strong foundation for future careers in manufacturing, helping members become an expert in sustainability within the manufacturing operations.
- Become assimilated into the Ardagh Glass Packaging organization by participating in a comprehensive orientation program
- Be assigned to a mentor within Ardagh Glass Packaging
- Be exposed to and work on a special project (50%~ of the workload) focused on sustainability governance and its operating model within a manufacturing environment, aiming to help the Sustainability department meet goals and leverage learning from work experiences
- Present an end-of-internship summary to the Ardagh Glass Packaging executive leadership team
- High school diploma
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to complete a 3-month internship from May-August 2025
- Cumulative GPA of a 2.6
- Completion of PLTW coursework
- Ambition to pursue a career in the manufacturing industry
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing and eye protection, steel toe boots, and other PPE
- Must be willing to travel to corporate office (Fishers, IN) for final week
- Compliance with FDA regulations established by OSHA and the company
