Position Summary :
As an Agency Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with title insurance agents, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to support their success. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the region while working toward long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with title insurance agents, acting as a trusted advisor for their business needs.
Identify opportunities for growth within the region and actively pursue new agent partnerships.
Provide exceptional service by understanding agent requirements and delivering effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure agents receive top-tier support and resources.
Analyze market trends to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward goals.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in title insurance, with a strong understanding of agent needs and industry practices.
Enthusiasm for sales and business development, with a passion for building lasting relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Experience in managing or leading teams is a plus and provides a pathway to potential management opportunities.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
