About the Position.

ARDE (ardekids.com) is looking to hire an after-school enrichment instructor with extensive dance coaching experience who can start teaching with us in Spring Break. This position is perfect for an educator who has extensive experience working with elementary school students, enjoys working with kids, and enjoys watching young students thrive!

Applicants for this position should have some availability during mid-afternoon teaching hours (3 pm-6 pm) a few times a week. This position is perfect for part-time teachers, substitutes, retired educators, education students, specialty instructors, etc.

We will provide you with the curriculum for the class(es) but strongly encourage you to improve your student experience by enhancing the program with your teaching style and personality.

About ARDE Enrichment Classes

We are now actively hiring coaches for dance class (K-2) but in the subsequent semesters, you will be able to coach other subjects and disciplines. Please let us know during the interview and we will do our best to assign you to the teaching openings that suit your interest and experience.

Who You Are:

• An educator with extensive classroom experience and a strong work ethic
• Dance teacher
• Must have fingerprint clearance or willingness to obtain one, if needed
• Punctual, reliable, and easy to communicate with via email and telephone
• Have a college-level education or are an education student
• Have a clean background check
• Able to provide at least 2 relevant references
• Availability for after-school hours

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
