Ardell Sales & Consulting is looking for a Sales Support Associate to provide assistance to the sales team. We are looking for a candidate with consumer products experience preferably in the home improvement segment. As a Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for performing item setup, providing insights into analytics, and supporting customers with questions concerning transportation, compliance, and more.
A Sales Support Associate needs to have excellent interpersonal skills in order to work efficiently within a team while having the ability to complete tasks and make decisions independently. Other essential skills a Sales Support Specialist should have include :
- Computer literacy : In addition to data entry and typing, a Sales Support Associate needs to have a working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Time management and organization : An associate will use a variety of organization methods, including calendar management, to handle multiple projects at one time and completing tasks efficiently and quickly.
- Customer service : Sales Support Associates should have strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone / video when interacting with company representatives, clients and customers.
