Duties and Responsibilities
As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate electrical construction activities to meet project and company objectives
* Oversee all aspects of projects within the allotted timeline according to agreed-upon contract documents, specifications, and customer satisfaction
* Organize and manage project documentation, including procurement activities, change order requests, subcontracts, materials, and equipment
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:
* Five (5) years experience in electrical construction project management
* Associate's degree in construction management or related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in Timberline project financial software preferred
