Fire Protection Project Coordinator
">At Arden Building Companies, LLC, we are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Project Coordinator to become an integral part of our Fire Protection division. As a key member of the project team, you will assist in managing and coordinating all Fire Protection construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
">Responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, colleagues, supervisors, administrative personnel, field craft workers/supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors. You must also be able to organize and manage project documentation, including procurement activities, change order requests, subcontracts, materials, and equipment.
">The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, and have experience with project management software and tools. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is required, along with 2-5 years of experience in Fire Protection project management.
