We are looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team! Someone with an outgoing personality to be the first point of contact for our current/potential residents at our community Arden Pointe Apartments!
Our property is a beautiful townhome community that is looking for a self-motivated, outgoing, with a team player personality to join our team.

We are looking for the candidate to have the following qualities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous customer service/leasing experience, preferably in person
- Confidence in showing and leasing apartments, answering the telephone, and greeting prospective tenants in the leasing office
- Experience with large communities and a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective residents, and maintain a positive attitude
- Provide a professional and engaging experience for prospects while touring the apartment homes and community,
- Maintain consistent resident retention with a focus on renewal of leases and resolution of resident conflicts and problems
- Develop a strong rapport with residents immediately
- Process applications and lease renewals, and complete all related paperwork accurately and correctly,
- Work with the maintenance department to ensure apartment turnovers are completed on time
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Recognize opportunities for problem resolution and establishing good customer relations
Schedule/Benefits:
- 40 hours per week- Mon-Fri, (Possible weekends based on the property needs)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
