Our Maintenance Technicians play an integral role in the success of our community. Working with the Community leaders, this position is responsible for the completion of all preventative and reactive maintenance services, inventory management, emergency on-call scheduling and coverage, and apartment turnover preparation and/or renovation for the assigned community.
