This is a role where you will serve our guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating wonderful customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker, have excellent customer service skills and prior experience leading a team in sales or in the food industry. Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies
- Prepare cold foods and operate a panini press
- Share nutritional knowledge with customers
- Ensure Loss Prevention
- Develop strong relationships with customers
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Assist with store operations Qualifications and Skills
- Dedicated and hardworking
- Able to operate a POS system
- Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred
- Good attention to details
