For the Ardena Business Unit based in Somerset (US), we are looking for a Chief Engineer, Facility Operations.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the continuous operation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, compressed air, purified water, and other critical utilities.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and GMP standards.
- Manage and lead a team of Blue and Black Seal Technicians, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with NJ state boiler and refrigeration licensing requirements.
- Ensure all facility operations align with regulatory requirements including safety, environmental, and other applicable standards and regulations.
