For the Ardena Business Unit based in Somerset (US), we are looking for a Manager, Facility Operations.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise facility and grounds maintenance, repairs, and operations to ensure a safe, functional, and visually appealing environment.
  • Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and repair of building infrastructure, grounds, and utilities.
  • Supervise the Critical Utilities Team, ensuring optimal operation and reliability of key systems such as boilers, chillers, compressed air, and purified water.
  • Ensure all facility operations align with regulatory requirements including safety, environmental, and other applicable standards and regulations.
  • Oversee day to day security operations, access controls, surveillance, and coordination with security personnel.


YOUR PROFILE

  • High school diploma or GED with 10 years of proven experience in the facilities and property management required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with 7 years of applicable experience (3 years in supervisory role) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of life safety systems, building management systems (BMS), and security infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Capability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Soft skills that align with our CARE values- Communicative, Accountable, Reliable, and Excellent.
