For the Ardena Business Unit based in Somerset (US), we are looking for a Technician, Facilities Maintenance.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural components of the facility.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and building codes.
- Work closely with the Senior Facilities Specialist and other departments to support business operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any facility concerns.
