POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Decision Support administers tasks associated with mid-level management. The employee will ensure that accurate, relevant, and timely analysis is appropriately provided. The employee will lead in the creation, maintenance and utilization of appliable tools (especially computer applications) to process and disseminate information.
Responsibilities
- Manages task assignments and tools associated with the management of requests, projects, and recurring reports.
- Monitors the progress of requests and ensures timely updates are kept.
- Reviews completed material prior to sending to the requestors for accuracy and applicable content.
- Participates in the report design and development as needed.
- Participates and / or leads larger projects and requests.
- Provide training and mentorship to analysts.
