Who We’re Hiring:
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADC)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field.
- Current CADC or full clinical licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience working with individuals with substance use and cooccurring disorders.
- Competitive compensation earn up to $100,000/year based on caseload.
- Work from home, in the office, or hybrid you choose your schedule.

- Full billing and administrative support.
- Inhouse marketing to help build your caseload fast.
- Teamoriented clinical culture focused on support and professional growth.
- Provide individual and/or group therapy to clients with substance use disorders.
- Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans using evidencebased approaches.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and recovery support systems as needed.
- Support clients throughout the continuum of care including relapse prevention planning.
- Are passionate about helping clients navigate recovery.
- Have strong clinical judgment and problemsolving skills.
- Excel at balancing clinical autonomy with collaboration.
