General Purpose :
The Multimedia Specialist is a talented and innovative creator, who produces compelling visual content across channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives on creating impactful brand storytelling through design, websites, video and photography. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who enjoys variety, learning new skills and contributing fresh ideas in a dynamic environment.
Essential Functions :
- Design and create visually appealing assets for digital, social media, website and print materials.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photography and video content that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content accuracy and optimizing results.
- Assist in the creation of email campaigns.
- Create and design internal presentations and graphics as needed.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all creative projects.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Supervise externally developed creative materials to ensure brand consistency.
- Maintain our in-house production studio’s video equipment, ensuring its optimal performance.
- Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices and emerging creative technologies.
- Oversee recording, editing and publishing of our Ardent Exchange podcast.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
