This key role will help create a framework of educational programs that promote the growth and development of licensed and unlicensed staff.Qualifications Job Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing requiredCurrent valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse LicenseMinimum of 1-3 years’ experience as an RN in a hospital setting and education experience that includes leadership, facilitator and educator experienceCEN certification requiredExperience in developing and facilitating nursing / healthcare education programPreferred Job Requirements : Master’s Degree in Nursing preferredExperience in leveraging learning management systems preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
