POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Technology Administrator (HR Technology Administrator) primary responsibilities include the daily management the Learning Management System (Ace Powered by HeathStream), the Performance and Compensation Management System (PeopleFluent), and Ardent's OneSource Case Management Tool, all in support of these systems. In this role, you will work closely with HR leaders across the organization, acting as a vital liaison for those responsible for these systems. Your responsibilities will include handling reporting requests and driving optimization efforts. Effective collaboration and communication with HR leaders are integral aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
- Provides support for the HR Technology, including, but not limited to, researching and resolving system issues, unexpected results or process flaws, performing scheduled activities, recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements, and conducting audits and validating data regularly
- Define and implement best practice methodology for LMS and PeopleFluent application support
- Partner with system stakeholders and vendors support team to resolve issues, automate manual processes and to deploy system upgrades
- Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools; assists in the development of standard reports for ongoing user needs; helps maintain data integrity in system by running queries and analyzing data.
- Develops process documentation and training materials based on new processes and / or recognized needs
- Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, test scripts, and execute test cycles (integration and user acceptance testing) with functional end users and technical resources as product releases are made available
- Leads and participates in projects / process improvement - including establishing necessary functional requirements for projects by working with functional users and IT to implement system / process design.
- Assists in developing, updating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for HR processes in Lawson and related HR systems
- Deliver daily production break / fix support
- Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas to assist subject matter experts in ensuring data integrity, system testing, and detailed analysis to identify process improvements
- Coordinate strategy and schedule for optimization and launches LMS and Performance / Comp systems. LMS platforms and PeopleFluent Modules.
- Train and develop system superusers / end users
- Lead the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for LMS, Peoplefluent, and OneSource supporting modules.
- Evaluate, integrate, and technically support third-party LMS and Performance applications.
- Manage projects including system implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing support.
- Serve as the technical liaison for assigned functional areas, ensuring system integrity, and identifying process improvements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing for system updates, releases, and new integrations.
