UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 432 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.
Responsibilities
Provide the service of parking and retrieving the vehicle of any patron of the hospital who needs the service.
Effectively communicates with hospital staff and medical associates.
Monitor emergency drive at all times to park vehicles for ER and Day patients
Ensure that emergency drive stays clear for emergency vehicles
Assist patients in and out of the hospital
Provide wheelchair or other assistance to patient if necessary
Qualifications
Job Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent required
Must possess a current Texas Driver's License
Must possess current Auto Liability Insurance in accordance with Texas Law
Must be able to qualify for company insurance
Preferred Job Requirements :
1 to 3 years work experience dealing with the public is preferred
Healthcare Valet or experience in a similar role preferred
