  • Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.

    • Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephonic outreach for medication adherence to identify barriers.
  • Convert extended day supply prescriptions
  • Task physicians and staff for care gaps
  • Request records to fulfill care gaps
  • Contribute to collaboration for best practice with employed and embedded staff.

    • Qualifications

    Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology.
  • Compliance of policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety

    • Preferred Job Requirements

  • Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician
