    • Responsibilities

    The Quality Data Analyst RN assists in measuring and analyzing clinical data to improve quality of patient care and cost-efficiency for the organization.

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or commensurate experience.
  • Current NJ State RN license
  • 2 years' experience in performance / quality improvement activities, and / or 1 year experience as a RN, and / or 2 years' experience in healthcare analytics.
  • Understands workflow and clinical documentation in relation to data collected.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness giving attention to details.
  • Applies feedback to improve performance.
  • Manages time and prioritizes effectively to achieve organizational goals.

    • Preferred Job Requirements :

  • Healthcare Quality Certification (CPHQ), Certified Professional in-Patient Safety (CPPS), or other relevant certification.
