Responsibilities
Responsible for providing nursing units with adequate levels of staffing to allow provision of safe, effective care for all patients under the direction of the Director of Nursing Operations and in collaboration with the unit Directors, Managers, and Coordinators. Completing payroll for all effected staff and documenting exception forms completed by employees.
