Senior ESG Community Impact Analyst
Your role:
The Sr. ESG Community Impact Analyst will be responsible for supporting the goals of Ardent Mills' Environmental Social Governance (ESG) program and will be responsible for the administration and planning of Community Impact Programs. This role will be responsible for supporting the management all Non-Profit Partnerships and select University Partnerships. The primary goal for this role will be to ensure these partnerships help Ardent Mills achieve its Access to Nutrition and Growing a Better Future programmatic goals, grow awareness of Ardent Mills with the next generation of talent and connecting our teammates with engagement and service opportunities with these partners. This role will work closely with the Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion to ensure giving supports diverse set of stakeholders and will report directly to the SR Manager of ESG.

**National Partner Management**
- Coordinate minimum Quarterly status calls with all national partners to ensure:
- Adherence to goals
- Identify opportunities for teammate engagement
- Establish local service opportunities
- Plan for National Events
- Provide support to HR teams for national event presence to bolster talent pipeline development, create engaging opportunities for teammates, and deliver outstanding representation of AM's brand
- Manage grant allocation for each partner, ensuring proper use of funds to meet goals
- Develop regular service opportunities locally in Denver and nationally for all teammates to participate in at minimum quarterly
**Facility Support**
- Develop processes and tools to facilitate and track facility giving and identify the impact of grants
- Host quarterly status calls with facility charitable giving leaders to drive simplicity in the process
- Coordinate local service opportunities with national partners and other partners' facilities if needed
- Serve as the main point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our giving platform, ensuring facility members know how to use the tool and can easily submit requests
- Work with finance to ensure grants are fulfilled in a timely fashion and within compliance
**Special Projects**
- Lead our annual Month of Service ensuring network-wide facility engagement, tracking and communication of local and company-wide results, and facilitate the report-out meeting in coordination with the SLT and Communications
- Lead planning and execution of Annual Supplier Charity event
- Guide decision making on evolution of the Community Impact program as it relates to:
- Employee match programs
- Miscellaneous grant awards process inter-year
- Disaster Relief, personal hardship support and response to social injustice events as it relates to community investment
- DEI Action Team
- Ensure Community Impact grants support DEI program goals where possible
- Provide support to Employee Resource Groups in grant awards and coordinating service opportunities
- Serve as the voice of ESG to ensure programs stay aligned towards shared goals
**Budget Management**
- Manage allocation of all Community Impact Funds ensuring on-time delivery with finance, proper tax deduction capture, etc.
- Provide yearly recommendation on allocation to national partners, portion of budget allocated to facility budgets, miscellaneous dollars for inter-year grants and make business case for any increases in overall budget
- Tie all dollars to specific expected outcomes in line with ESG Community Impact Goals
Essential skills and experience:
* Bachelor's Degree and 6 years' experience working in Non-Profit Management, Community Engagement, or for a Non-Profit/Foundation directly or 6 years professional experience in Non-Profit Management, Community engagement or for a Non-Profit/Foundation directly and High School Diploma or GED
* Proven examples of adaptation to changing priorities among a wide variety of activity
* Demonstrated cross functional project management skills
* Deep understanding of the non-profit landscape and creating engaging employee programs
* Experience managing national programs with teammates of varying backgrounds and job roles
* Strong passion for service and nourishing community
* Ability to be respectfully assertive with external facilities to drive engagement in community programs
* Event planning and coordination both on large scale and smaller service opportunities
* Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive and comfortable in presenting improvements to existing processes to key stakeholder groups
* Accountability of oneself and others for a high standard of performance in promotion of trust
* Ability to solve a wide variety of complex problems, despite not being an expert in the area
* Appetite for learning new things and an ability to self-teach and find the answers proactively when they run into something they may not know
* Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and excitement to grow the ESG function
* Ability to take on new tasks that may be outside of one's comfort zone or typical scope of responsibilities
Good to have:
* Experience in food security and education programs
* Experience working with manufacturing teammates
* Budget management experience

* Potential for travel, 2-3 trips per year
* Ardent Mills is headquartered in Denver, CO. Need to be in Denver office as needed, with the majority of the time being remote.
The successful candidate will be expected to commit to a periodic presence in the Denver HQ office, frequency can be discussed with hiring manager.

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $82,900.00 - $110,541.20, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.
