Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment and machinery, as well as troubleshooting complex problems with mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Document maintenance activities and report findings to management
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in maintenance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or technical certification an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of CMMS software and basic computer skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
