The Role :

• TheSanitation Utilitywill follow the Ardent Mills core values ofTrust, Serving, Simplicity and Safety
• The Sanitation Utilityis responsible forgeneral sanitation duties including the disassembly, cleaning / sanitation and reassembly of processing equipment
• Must be able to work in various conditions and different heights
• Must be able to read, follow and retain detailed instructions for numerous different tasks and maintain records according to instructions
• Must be mindful at all times of personal safety and the safety of those working in the same area and adhere to all safety rules at all times
• Must keep food safety in mind at all times while performing cleaning procedures
• Able to cross-train for assistance in other departments as needed
