Key Responsibilities
In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Systems Engineer, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You should have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and / or with :
performing administration, troubleshooting, patching, and support of virtual infrastructure.
deploying AWS services including S3, EC2, Elastic Load Balance (ELB), Auto Scaling Group (ASG), CloudWatch, and Simple Notification Service (SNS).configuring AWS services including S3, EC2, ELB, ASG, CloudWatch, and SNS.monitoring AWS services including S3, EC2, ELB, ASG, CloudWatch, and SNS.maintaining AWS services including S3, EC2, ELB, ASG, CloudWatch, and SNS.Working with vendors on system troubleshooting.Analyzing existing systems and identifying necessary corrective actions and improvements.Operating and maintaining Active Directory, Domain Naming System (DNS), Distributed File System (DFS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).Operating and windows maintaining Windows Group Policy.Supporting and maintaining accounts and account management expertise in a Windows environment.Building and maintaining Windows servers in Amazon Web Services.Authoring scripts with PowerShell, BASH, YAML, and Python.Supporting and operations and maintenance of infrastructure environments.Using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).Managing requirements using ServiceNow application.Building and maintain Windows servers.Building, deploying and maintaining virtual servers using VM Ware.Using Active Directory suite of tools to manage computer objects, security groups, and access.Using Active Directory Sites and Services to configure subnets using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) to install software on servers and workstations and for troubleshooting software and patch failures.Designing cloud infrastructure based on the functional or technical requirements of an application.Implementing, operating and maintaining Microsoft Azure environment.Forecasting cloud costs for proposed systems.Supporting Docker or Kubernetes.Highly Desired Qualifications
